Stress Management & Emotional Release Therapy is a problem solving process to release the emotions and memories that were experienced as problems. It is a process of letting go of the memories and releasing the ‘negative baggage’ that we have collected throughout our life. This involves the movement of the heart and mind towards understanding, love and compassion, away from fear, anger and hate.
During the process of healing the therapist helps the patient to find the emotional blocks or key points of where his/hers energy has been stuck, and teaches how to use the Formula of Forgiveness & Letting Go.
When a person forgives and releases the negative information of unpleasant events, it automatically becomes deleted from the energy field. This is the reason of why patients have great improvements after Stress Management sessions.
There are five important steps in Stress Management & Emotional Release:
1. Acknowledging that the problem is in you, and that you are responsible for what you are experiencing.
2. Understanding ‘Why is this happening to me?’ and ‘What for?’ and recognizing the cause.
3. Looking within yourself for errors or blocks in our subconscious minds that replay as problems, judgments, putdowns and all kinds of other problems.
4. Letting go ‘negative memories’, using the ‘Formula of Forgiveness’.
5. Creating a positive statement, a ‘new software’ to reprogram yourself.
The mind transforms through forgiveness. The patient here is not only a ‘receiver’, but an active participant in his own healing. We can observe, that when the bitterness, grudges and resentments of the past have left us, life energy becomes much more available to us.
