Reiki became an art of healing allowing the soul to return to its unburdened state, releasing a person of the weighty baggage. Reiki helps to balance the energies of our body and to unlock any issues that have been holding us back from opening new doors. It is a wonderful system of energy healing that helps to build a bridge between you and your Inner Self towards a more vibrant, balanced and connected life.
I feel Reiki is a Divine power and I have chosen it for my personal growth. My journey through Reiki began 20 years ago, it helped me find my path in life towards a much greater freedom and my true self.

The combination of Reiki healing and psychological therapy – ‘Life Balance Method’.
‘Life Balance Method’ is an incredibly effective and unique therapy, originated from the teachings of the famous psychologist and Reiki master Mira Moiseeva.
It is a guided meditation, aiming to resolve your internal problems, to “let go” or release fears, doubts, or resentments, and to develop your confidence.
It consists of a combination of psychological therapy and Reiki healing energy, with the aim of returning to harmony with ourselves.
According to psychosomatic research, negative emotions such as anger, resentment, guilt, fear or stress can develop problems and diseases on a physical level.
When we release all these emotions, the negative information leaves our energy field. In this way, we improve our physical and psychological well-being.
During a ‘Life Balance Method’ session, the experienced therapist helps to find those unwanted memories and guides the patient to release them and free him or her from anything holding him or her back. The patient is usually actively involved in the recovery process, applying Stress Therapy and Emotional Release techniques, which include exercises under the guidance of the therapist.
